General Information

-I have the right to refuse any commission if it makes me uncomfortable!-I can do bigger canvas sizes for commissions but typically they are 300 dpi and 1000-2000px (or 8.5x11 inch give or take) on Procreate. Depending on request or complexity I can go up or down in size. Comms are in CMYK format.
-Unless it is a colored drawing with a simple or complex background the canvas color will be a solid fill or white or grey going forward. This is for sketches and colored drawings without a background.-Commissions can be delivered as a PNG or JPEG to email you provided.-I will not accept commissions if payment is not upfront.-If you are rude to me or disrespectful I will decline your inquiry or cancel the commission.-Again please take in mind drawings can take longer due to: The complexity you desire, if you order multiple pieces, my queue/commission slots being filled by other clients, because of my disabilities, chronic pain, and chronic illnesses, please be patient-- thank you for your understanding! [Also keep in mind I do not work on commissions during the weekend so me and my body can rest.] I will keep communicating with you for any delays, progress and similar.-Once payment has been processed, I will add you to the commission queue on my Trello board so you can see updates on your piece outside of what I send you or communicate with you (this will be at the front of my Carrd).

Q: Do You Do Art Trades, Collabs, Requests, Or Art Raffles?
A: Art Raffles; I do not do raffles.
Art Trades: I do not do art trades. Due to being scammed in the past I do not do art trades anymore.

Art Requests: I do not take art requests. If I ask for suggestions yes, but please do not e-mail me or DM me asking for free art, I will ignore it.Q: Do You Do Commissions?

A: I recommend Medibang!Paint, it's free and is for Apple, Android, as well as PC, and has cloud save features for saving your work as well as for getting brushes. Otherwise some other programs like ibisXPaint or Autodesk Sketchbook, or even Krita. However for stuff that isn't free I recommend Procreate (Apple), or Clipstudio Paint.Q: Is There Any Tablets You Recommend For Drawing?
A: I recommend a Wacom Intuos Pro/Touch Pro if you're starting out. It's small, easy to use, and some bundles include some drawing programs for you to use. If you want something bigger after that I recommend a Wacom One.Q: What Programs Do You Use For Speedpaints?

A: To sum this up cause it is a bit of a long story and a whole lot to it; Vixen/incapacitatedVixen was a username I used around the internet and when I used to go on that one Homestuck site MSARP. Usually the theme of pesterchums is an adjective or verb or whatever, and an animal, thing, concept etc. I just chose a edgy word and my favorite animal then mashed them together and it just stuck, I couldn't come up with anything else to go by since then cause it didn't feel right. A: Please ask me for permission first. If it is a for your own for profit thing I strictly prohibit it unless it is a commission or discussed prior. A: I do not permit anyone to use my OCs, Personas OR similar for ERP or RP purposes whatsoever, it makes me feel uncomfortable and feel weird. I will not negotiate this either. I also don't permit anyone to make accounts like these that act like my characters, or act as if they're theirs. I won't change my mind or stance, please do not continue to ask me if I'd want to later or such. Regardless of what OC/Persona or what have you, I will not argue or be negotiated about this, nor will I RP even as myself. If you ask me I will ignore your message and if you keep pestering me with an RP/ERP request you will be blocked, especially if you try to act like you just want to chat but turn it into roleplay. Do not come in my email, chats, socials, DMs and try to flirt with me or be sexual to me, do not act friendly and then throw your sexual frustration or urges on me; That makes me uncomfortable and is hella weird. Do not tell me you're doing lewd things, send anything, comment weird things under my posts, or ask if I want a sugar daddy..don't try and flirt with me or try to get me to do things. You will be blocked. Don't try and make me feel bad because of how you feel, don't expect anything lewd out of me. I draw art, that's it. I'm not single, and I'm not interested in doing cams or chats or what have you. I'm a person, not an object, I'm not open to flirt or have flings, nor do I want to. If you come to me and beg me to ERP, show my body, try and be "nice" but you're just being overtly horny and weird I'm not about that. IMPORTANT:-Please read policy guidelines, as well as fully reading my TOS before commissioning me. Any questions, something not addressed, or any confusion feel free to message or email me at incapacitatedVixen (@gmail.com)-I have the right to decline a commission and refuse if anything makes me uncomfortable, and/or goes against TOS.-Commissions are for personal fair use only unless it is business related and discussed beforehand such as company collaborations for merchandise that has been agreed upon.-Credit me for my work, you cannot remove my watermark, and you cannot alter image upon delivery. You also cannot use my art or your commission in any generative AI, NFTS, Crypto, or similar avenues and any breach or inkling of a break in my TOS will add you to a commission blacklist. Credit me on socials when posting and sharing, tag if ya wish.By requesting a commission from me of any of my characters you allow me creative control/decision on the inquiry regarding your descriptions and elaborations. Again NSFW will be declined and is prohibited of my characters.-Please also keep in mind I am versatile and will draw stylized content (anime or cartoony style etc.), be aware and mindful of my work and what my capabilities are when it comes to commissioning me and thus what to expect for final art pieces.DEADLINES AND METHOD OF DELIVERY:
-All commissions, even with multiple requests are first come and first serve until queue/slots is full.-Typically, or depending on workload and or complexities a piece may not take as long. However, I still give a month (30-31 days) waiting period for any or all commission requests in the unexpected cases of change in routine, life, other comms, my health, emergencies etc. If there is a drastic change or concern regarding the status or completion of your comm I will email/contact you. I will continue to update my Trello board and communicate to the client during the commission process.-Upon completion I will send you the file via email or contact you via the contact you provided.-Depending on how many are in the queue, what is requested of me, complexities of pieces, I ask for patience. I'm chronically ill and disabled with chronic pain so art can take a bit longer.COMMUNICATION SIDE NOTE:
-If you have a question or commission inquiry you DM or email me about please be straight to the point, I need details in regards to what you are reaching out for. No first responses with only a "hi", "can I ask a question" or no sustenance with nothing else and no follow up.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IP):-All artwork is credited to me, incapacitatedVixen. Signature (IV⭐️) will be on every artwork, and you are not allowed to edit it out or remove it. Any and all characters requested that are made by and owned by myself is property of me, Vixen. If you are the creator of a character drawn then the rights are all yours and thus retained. However, if you aren’t the owner then the rights are retained to the respective owners (i.e an IP, brand, mascot, or similar). Character designs commissioned from me to draw will have rights given to you as the client, you may not use for financial gain, only fair use. However, anything else is as you please. So simply if I drew a character or made you one you own the character, just the artwork is a credited to me. If you don’t, you just own the drawing.DISTRIBUTION OF NSFW ART BY INCAPACITATEDVIXEN:-If you commissioned NSFW by me and want or plan to post it on social media please do not tag me publicly, unless it is my VGen account. I keep SFW and NSFW separate on my platforms.MEDIA OR OTHER CHARACTER IPS:-Characters from media such as anime, manga, videogames, movies, and otherwise are allowed and welcome to be requested but please be advised may have certain limitations as to follow and respect the IP and rights to the characters depicted.WIPS/PROCEEDING:-I will send you updates if you request such as WIPS (WORK IN PROGRESS) for colored drawings and simple or complex background drawings. However please be upfront and respond to me, give me feedback; I cannot go forward with the work if you do not tell me what you want and need! I do not give WIPS for sketches and drawing tiers under that, I offer some revisions within the sketching and flats coloring phases also that are minor.-After your inquiry and talking about prices and what you want, once accepted please send me references, color palettes, ref sheets, anything regarding poses or backgrounds you want for your piece. Be brief as every ref piece helps me with your vision, though I do not need a characters whole life story! I will not accept a piece if I am bombarded with a milllion refs as well. Unless specifically stated or requested otherwise poses and similar are wing-it/freestyle (meaning I give your characters a pose).PRICING POLICY:
-If commissioning me on VGen or Ko-Fi payments go thru the website. Commission inquiries from other platforms such as Tumblr, Deviantart, Newgrouds etc. payments go thru Ko-Fi, Paypal, Chime, etc. Be mindful when commissioning me on VGen as the prices of my work is increased a bit due to VGen taking a percentage of income.-Once a client approves of the final product all artwork is therefore final and no refunds shall be offered thereafter.-I do not accept refunds usually as you are paying for my effort and time, if you need revisions, please see the revision clauses in pricing and under my examples.-Again; Prices are subject to change based on complexity, numerous characters added to the piece, if it is NSFW, after the fact alterations, etc.-If for any reason I am unable to complete your piece you will be notified and refunded immediately.

Payment Information

-All commissions must be paid in __FULL and UPFRONT __ before I start working on it. If on VGen there will be-I accept tender through Ko-Fi, VGen, Stripe, PayPal, and Chime.-I don't accept Crypto or NFT as payment, and will not accept art trades as a form of payment either. I also will not accept other forms of payment such as gift cards, Steam trades, Robux, TF2 keys, PS5/Nintendo Switch/Xbox cards or otherwise, and I will not do a commissions for exposure either, any inquiries of these will be blocked or ignored.-If I accepted a commission from you and for any reason you cancel at any point I will not finish the art piece nor refund you.-Additional details or fixes to your piece may require fees, some revisions are negotiable. Major revisions that require a lot of time and refining will be an extra charge depending on the nature or complexities. Any pose, coloring, details, or similar that wasn’t initially asked or explained during first intake requests, for example. Complexity charges start from $15+. I allow minor fixes like simple mistakes when I present you the piece upon completion at first, and you request so. i.e a blemish, eye color change, erasing a pixel. Once completed do not edit my work.-Do not send me any money before I accept an inquiry. Although it is not necessary or required, if you want to send a tip to my tipjar you can do so at my Ko-fi or my Furaffinity under my Shinies. (these will be linked on my Linktree under the tip jar section)
